Final Sprint: Run & Gun - Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your Final Sprint: Run & Gun account and the data linked to it at any time.

How to request deletion

open Settings > Privacy, tap DELETE ACCOUNT and confirm. Your account is deleted right away.

Open the game and go to Settings > Privacy. Copy your Player ID.
Send an email to glitchfoxhq@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account" and paste your Player ID in the message.
We will delete your account within 30 days and reply to confirm.

If you can no longer open the game, email us anyway. Tell us the Google Play Games account you used, if any, and we will help you find your account.

Your player account (Player ID) and its link to Google Play Games
Your game progress, character, settings and game statistics
Your coins, gems, cards, VIP status and other in-game items, including items you bought
Analytics data linked to your Player ID

To prevent the same purchase from being used twice and to handle refunds, we keep the order number, product and date of your purchases for up to 2 years. Your Player ID is removed from these records.
Google Play keeps its own record of your purchases under Google's privacy policy.
Bug reports you sent us are kept only until the problem is fixed. Email us if you want them deleted sooner.
Crash reports do not include your name or email address. They are kept by Unity for a limited time under Unity's policy.

Deletion is permanent. Your progress and purchased items cannot be restored.
Uninstalling the game removes the data on your device but does not delete your online account.
